Marie-Laure de Bakker heeft met meer dan 16 jaar ervaring een veelzijdige loopbaan opgebouwd, met een specialisatie in arbeidsmarktadvies en recruitmenttraining. Haar carrière begon als uitzendprofessional bij Adecco, waarna ze de overstap maakte naar internationaal corporate recruitment bij zowel SUAS als EG Group. Na een periode als loopbaanadviseur keerde ze terug naar corporate recruitment bij Avoord, om vervolgens haar expertise in te zetten als Adviseur Arbeidsmarkt bij het Bravis ziekenhuis.

Marie-Laure de Bakker has over 16 years of experience in talent acquisition, specialized in labor market consultancy and recruitment training. She started her career as a recruitment consultant at Adecco, after which she moved into the area of international corporate recruitment at both SUAS as well as EG Group. After a period as a career advisor, Marie-Laure returned to corporate recruitment at Avoord. Currently she puts her expertise into practice as a Labor Market Advisor at Bravis Hospital.
