Ed Gunzeln has extensive international experience in developing strategic resourcing issues, optimizing processes as well as managing, coaching and training recruitment teams. His first 10 years were in the technical temporary employment sector as regional manager at Manpower. After obtaining an executive MBA at Nyenrode, he joined SHELL where he worked for 15 years in different regional/global Talent Acquisition leadership roles.
